The ribbon is stuck
1 | Carefully remove the ribbon&cassette from the tray. | |
2 | Check the ribbon for any visible damage, tighten the ribbon and slide it back in. | |
3 | If the ribbon is permanently stuck inside the printer cut the ribbon and remove the remaining ribbon manually. Check the guide for cut/torn ribbon to mend it. | |
The ribbon is cut or torn
1 | Cut the ribbon clean using a scissor. | |
2 | Mend the ribbon by taping it and carefully tighten the ribbon. Then slide the ribbon and cassette back in | |
The paper is stuck
1 | Fully remove the paper by rolling the paper in the opposite direction. | |
2 | If the paper is crumpled cut off that area using a scissor. Make sure to cut straight. | |
3 | Insert the paper roll back into the printer und guide the paper into the tray until you hear 2x beep. | |
4 | Close the printer and attach the housing. | |
